All items must be returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days.

All tags are to remain attached,

Items must remain in original packaging.

Tights & Underware are to be returned in unopened packets.

An exchange or refund form must be filled in & included with your return,to enable a swift response to your requests.

First stage retail ,are working shops, on rare occasions we find items may be out of stock.A full refund will be given within 48 hours.
